Jay has more than 25 years of public relations and marketing experience in the areas of consumer, technology, business-to-business, and event production and publicity. With a focus on media relations, story development and strategic writing, he is passionate about working with the media and finding ways to get his clients in the press. Jay routinely makes placements across a wide range of high-level online, print and broadcast media outlets and important vertical trades.

Jay has held senior positions with both public relations agencies and public companies, where he has developed extensive media contacts over the years.Jay’s diverse background working with a range of consumer, technology and professional services companies has resulted in his ability to find the right issues to drive client messaging in any market.

Shev Rush

Shev Rush began his communications career in high school when his interviews with Willem Dafoe, Oliver Stone and Cameron Crowe for his school newspaper were republished by South Carolina’s largest newspaper, The State. Moving to San Francisco in the early ’90s, Shev’s career spanned financial-services marketing and then as a marketing communications executive at technology companies during the original dot-com boom.

Kristin Cobb is a results-oriented executive director and marketing manager with over 20 years of extensive marketing and public relations experience. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, she has a background in television and radio as well as community engagement in the arts sector. Named as one of the Top 50 Power Players in Columbia, SC, she joins SRPR with enthusiasm and passion for making things happen.
